WORK PLACE ACTIVITY COACHING

The goal of this programme is to provide activity and health coaching in the workplace.

​

We believe strongly in exercise and sport as part of a daily routine. Most people do not meet the recommended hours of activity per day and one of our objective is to help combat this issue with our programme. A large number of people cite work and being 'stuck in the office' for reasons to not get out and exercise or be active on a daily basis.

​

We aim to provide tips and hints on how to be active and stay mobile during the working day. We also provide coaching to individuals who want to start on their own fitness journey.

​

​We will be providing information on nutrition and hydration to people as well as rest and recovery information. Its important for anyone to have the right balance of training, food and nutrition and rest to achieve their health and fitness goals.​

 

Lastly the programme gives the participants an opportunity to speak and talk with Stephanie and the team about her career and training methods over the years playing professional football.

Our coaches are qualified professional players and coaches with years of experience in coaching
